Since I’ve been working for neighbourhoods’ supplements, I’m used to taking photographs to my own reports. Our staff just ask for a professional photographer when we need a image at night or other thing which our cameras (Sony Cybershot model) couldn’t capture it well.
It’s good to be the photographer, ’cause we feel free to do exactly what can match with our text. In the other hand, we miss a more appropriate equipament or the experience of a photographer’s look for a scene.
In my Flickr, I post some pictures of two churches in Porto Alegre – Santa Teresinha do Menino Jesus and Nossa Senhora de Lourdes. Both have on the ceiling or walls the art of Aldo Locatelli, an Italian painter who had lived in Rio Grande do Sul, southern Brazil. I’ve done these pictures to some news about those churches to the supplements on Zero Hora.
